Original Decision Diary application and website code, design, and branding belong to Aj Escaño. Official, unmodified app builds may be installed and used free of charge for lawful personal or internal use under the Terms of Use.

This is proprietary software, not an open-source release. General permission to copy, modify, redistribute, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works from proprietary materials is not granted. Rights required by law, GitHub's platform terms, and third-party licenses remain unaffected. You may share official release links and unmodified promotional screenshots with attribution and a link to the official website.

You retain rights in journal content you create. This notice does not claim ownership of your diary or of third-party software, models, or fonts. Upstream components retain their respective copyright and license notices; review the app's Licenses screen.

This notice does not represent copyright registration, registered trademark status, or a technical copying restriction. Non-waivable statutory rights remain unaffected.
